“Who’s still owing?”Nobody. Paid means in.

How it works

One link.

The organiser's game screen: Friday 7pm at Eastway Sports Centre, 8 of 10 paid, £16 short, with a button to share 2 open spots to WhatsApp.

See who’s paid, not who said “in”.

  • Set up your weekly game once. Next week’s opens on its own.
  • 8 of 10 paid, £16 short and two days until it’s due, on one screen.
  • Mark the mate who pays cash. It still counts towards the cost.
  • Paid to your bank once free drop-outs close.

Everyone’s in.

Tap the link. Pay. You’re in.

You see one all-in price and the drop-out deadline before you pay. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

A player's join screen for a badminton session: Wednesday 8pm at Kirkgate Sports Hall, doubles on 3 courts, £4.30 all in, 9 of 12 paid, with an I'm in button.

Every chase, handled.

  1. Need 2 more for Tues or we lose the pitch

Regulars first, then reserves, then anyone.

Each group gets its own window to book before the link opens to anyone you share it with. A place only counts once it’s paid, so a “maybe” never holds a spot.

  2. can’t make it now sorry 🙏

    Drop-outs get replaced.

Their place goes straight to the waitlist. The next player gets ten minutes to claim it, and the one who dropped out is refunded when it’s taken.

  3. Fine, I’ll cover the £16 again

See the shortfall while you can still act.

Every game shows what’s paid against the booking and how long until it’s due. Share the open spots in one tap, or call it off before the venue’s cancel-by and everyone’s refunded.

£8.40, all in.

The price is worked out so a full game covers the court or pitch, plus any shared extras like shuttles. Players see one price before they pay, and it never goes up afterwards.

Organisers pay nothing. Stripe processes card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Example: an £80 pitch, ten players
Share of the pitch
£8.00
Booking fee (incl. VAT)
£0.40
Each player pays
£8.40

You get £8.00 per card player, paid to your bank once free drop‑outs close.

Fair questions.

What does it cost?

Nothing for organisers. Players pay their share of the court or pitch plus a small booking fee, shown as one all-in price before they pay.

What happens when someone drops out?

Before the drop-out deadline they’re refunded straight away. After it, their place is offered to the waitlist, and they’re refunded when someone takes it. Either way, a late “sorry lads” doesn’t leave you short.

What if we’re still short?

You’ll see it days ahead: “£16 short, 2 days until it’s due”. Share the open spots, cover it yourself, or call the game off before the venue’s cancel-by and everyone’s refunded automatically. Nobody’s price changes after they’ve paid.

Who holds the money?

Stripe takes the payments, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and each one belongs to a single game. You’re paid once free drop-outs close, so you’re not out of pocket for the venue, and refunds go back to the card they came from.

Which sports?

Football (5, 6 and 7-a-side, futsal and walking football), netball, badminton, volleyball and basketball. Netball games show who’s playing which position. Padel doubles works too.
